Thoughts.

Sitting on the window sill, she travelled to that moment;
A moment of bliss, oh for her it was an endowment!
What struck were his words, that had kept her lamp burning;
In a time of despair; in a time of sheer yearning.
Words that were enough to teach her to always ponder;
How impactful one’s influence can be, tis’ beyond wonder.
As she comes back to her own world, to the sound of the clinking of the wind chime;
She smiles as she knows, her mind will wander to that moment again sometime.
For,
As years pass by; as leaves change color;
As seasons change; as trees grow taller.
Engraved forever in her mind, will remain that one colloquy;
The result of which was none, but perhaps The omniscient’s own ploy.
